Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in our digital art at CanvasDesigns.store. Our goal is to provide you with beautiful, print-ready designs that you can enjoy in your space or give as meaningful gifts. Since all our products are digital downloads, our refund policy differs from physical goods — but we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Digital Products Only

All items available on CanvasDesigns.store are 100% digital. That means when you purchase a design, you receive a downloadable file that you can print yourself or through a third-party service of your choice. No physical items will be shipped, and we do not offer in-house printing or framing services.

Why Refunds Aren’t Available

Because digital downloads cannot be returned, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we’re unable to revoke that access or verify that it hasn’t been used — and for this reason, we don’t offer refunds for digital products, including:

• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Not reading product details before buying
• Compatibility issues with your printer or software
• Purchasing the wrong size or format

We always recommend reading the full product description and details (such as file type, dimensions, and aspect ratio) before purchasing to make sure it’s the right fit for your project.

When We Can Help

That said — we’re human, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If any of the following apply, please reach out and we’ll gladly assist:

• You received the wrong file
• Your file is corrupted or won’t open
• You didn’t receive your download link within a reasonable time
• You accidentally purchased the same item twice

If something went wrong, please send us an email at info@canvadesigns.store with your order number and a quick description of the issue. In most cases, we can either re-send the correct file or offer store credit toward another design.

Duplicate Orders or Accidental Checkout

We understand that sometimes things happen — an accidental click, a duplicate checkout, or purchasing something you already own. If this happens, let us know as soon as possible before downloading the files, and we’ll review your situation. While we don’t offer refunds, we may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.

File Support & Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble with your download — whether it’s opening the file, printing it, or figuring out the right size — we’re more than happy to help. Just shoot us a message, and we’ll walk you through it or provide an alternate file format if needed.
