All products sold on CanvasDesigns.store are delivered digitally. After purchase, you’ll receive a download link to access your design file(s). You can then use this file to print through a third-party service, a local print shop, or at home. We do not ship printed versions of the artwork.

Please double-check the size and format of the file before printing. We provide high-quality files, but the final printed result may vary depending on your printer and materials used.

License and Usage

When you purchase a design from CanvasDesigns.store, you are granted a personal-use license. This means you may print it for yourself or give the printed version as a gift. However, you may not resell, share, distribute, or use the file or any printed version for commercial purposes unless you have purchased a commercial license or received written permission from us.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. If you encounter a problem with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact us at info@canvadesigns.store and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.

Delivery of Files

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital design. If the email doesn’t arrive within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still no file? Just email us at info@canvadesigns.store and we’ll send it manually.

We provide high-resolution files that are optimized for printing. However, we are not responsible for the quality of the final product printed by third-party services. Factors like paper type, ink, color calibration, and print settings can affect the outcome.
